According to N. 4982 (F.E.K. A' 195/15-10-2022) and Ministerial Decision 46557 published in the F.E.K. Β' 3350/12-06-2024, all persons who wish to exercise the professional activity of the operator of lifting forklifts (M.E.) such as Clarks with a total engine power of 10 - 120 kW and a maximum lifting capacity of up to 2,500 kgr, they are not required to have an operator's license, as long as they attend a vocational training program from specialized Training Centers.
Training can also take place at the workplace (in-house)

Those who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate:
Graduates of compulsory education in Greece or equivalent level from abroad.
They have completed their 18th year of age.
They hold a driver's license of at least B' category.
Required Documents:
1. Application for participation. (Attached)
2. Photocopy of ID or passport (For non-EU citizens and residence or work permit).
3. Certified copy of degree.
4. Photocopy of a driver's license of at least B' category.
5. Health certificate from a public institution, for dexterity (from a pathologist or orthopedic or general practitioner), for hearing (from an ENT) and for vision (from an ophthalmologist).
6. Responsible declaration stating that: a) The supporting documents/data provided are accurate and true. b) Their home Region, i.e. the Region to which the address of their professional establishment or permanent residence corresponds.
